Appropriate uses are dictated by the unique characteristics of each studio. Music Studios are not feasible within the two-story portion of the building. All uses must be permitted by C-3 zoning. (czo.nola.gov)

 You must pass a financial and criminal background check ($45). Upon approval, a signed lease and liability insurance are required.

All leases are for one-year and require a one-month deposit. 
Leases automatically renew for another year if you do not provide notice of nonrenewable 60 days before the end of your current lease. Your lease will renew at the same rate unless you receive notice of an increase.
